We do offer cash alternatives for most of our instant win prizes. Prizes valued over £50 can be sent as cash and prizes valued below £50 are sent as site credit to use on our competitions sites. We also offer a cash alternative on a select number of main competition prizes as well, but these will always be posted within the competition description so do check the comp pages to confirm whether an alternative is available.

At the moment, we do not ship orders outside of the UK.

If you have won a Capital Angling Voucher as an instant win, these are added to your account manually. We always aim to add these to your account as soon as possible. Our team will be in touch to let you know once this balance has been added and instructions on how to access this. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact [email protected].

If you have won site credit as an instant win prize, this will be added to your account automatically. If you have asked for site credit as a prize alternative then this is added to your account manually but we always aim to add this for you the same day as your request. You can then use this as a payment option at checkout to purchase tickets.

We send emails to all winners within 24 hours of the live draw taking place. If your prize includes a choice, then we will request this via email. Please ensure your mobile number and email address is up to date on your account and subscribed to email marketing. Instant Winners are notified by email immediately after your entry if you have a winning ticket.

If a competition sells out early, we will always try to draw on the next available draw date. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do the draw on the specified date, this will be done the following day. 

Yes, all draws take place on the date specified regardless of number of tickets sold. We do not extend any draws even if the competition only sells 1 ticket. In the event of a competition selling out early, the draw may be brought forward to the next available draw day.

Most prizes are sent by next day delivery, we aim to have all prizes arrive within 5 working days of the draw unless the prize is a custom product or experience. However during peak times our team may have to work through a backlog which means the prizes may take longer to be dispatched. We will always update you regarding delays and if you have any questions, do get in touch with our customer service team.

The draw is done live on Facebook using a random number generator to determine the winner.
