How many times can I enter this competition?
You can enter this competition up to 30 times.
How do I get my number?
Once your order has been placed your ticket number(s) will be randomly allocated and will show on your order confirmation. They will also be emailed to you, and will be available in the my account area.
How do Instant Wins work?
Our system allocates numbers at Random when your entry is created, if one of these allocated numbers matches one of the listed Instant Win prizes then you will instantly receive an email confirming your win. Your name will also immediately appear on the winners results section and by the matching prize on the competition page.
How is the winner chosen?
The draw is done live on Facebook using a random number generator to determine the winning ticket number. You’ll be contacted directly if you have won.
Can the draw date change?
If all the entries are sold sooner the draw will be brought forward. Keep updated on the confirmed draw date via our Facebook page, app notifications and website. In the event of a competition coming close to sell out we reserve the right to bring the draw date forward.
How do I use my site credit online?
If you have won site credit as an instant win prize, this will be added to your account automatically. If you have asked for site credit as a prize alternative then this is added to your account manually but we always aim to add this for you the same day as your request. You can then use this as a payment option at checkout to purchase tickets.
I’ve won a Capital Angling Voucher, what do I do now?
If you have won a Capital Angling Voucher as an instant win, these are added to your account manually. We always aim to add these to your account as soon as possible. Our team will be in touch to let you know once this balance has been added and instructions on how to access this. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact [email protected].
I have a question regarding my win, who do I contact?
If you have any queries regarding this process, please get in touch with our customer service team by emailing us at [email protected]. If your prize arrives damaged, broken, you wish to change your delivery address or delay shipping, we aim to resolve any query as quickly as possible.
Where can I watch the draws?
We do a live draw every Thursday and Sunday evening on our facebook pages; 7pm for Catch and 8pm for Carp. We try to make our live draws as exciting and entertaining as possible so we encourage everyone to get involved regardless of whether they have tickets.

Do I enter if I live outside the UK?
At the moment, we do not ship orders outside of the UK.
How long will my prize take to deliver?
We always aim to deliver your prizes within 3-5 working days, however during peak times our team may have to work through a backlog which means the prizes may take longer to be dispatched. We will always update you regarding delays and if you have any questions, do get in touch with our customer service team.
Do you offer cash alternatives?
We do offer cash alternatives or vouchers to use on Capital Angling for most of our instant win prizes. Anything over £50 can be sent as cash and anything below £50 is sent as site credit to use on our competitions sites. We also offer a cash alternative on a select number of main competition prizes as well, but these will always be posted within the competition description so do check the comp pages to confirm whether an alternative is available.
I’ve not received my email, how do I see my ticket numbers?
Your ticket numbers can be found by clicking the account icon, and are shown under ‘recent tickets’. You can also view your tickets in the ‘Recent Orders’ section and clicking on the most recent order.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing?
To unsubscribe from email marketing, click the unsubscribe link at the very bottom of the email.
To unsubscribe from SMS marketing, click the STOP link at the end of the text message.
To stop App notifications, turn notifications off for the app in your device settings.
I have been charged twice for an entry, what do I do?
Failed entries paid via paypal will show as a pending transaction in your bank, please allow 48 hours before contacting our team. This will give your bank time to release the funds.
